Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Gaming with Bharat and its associated DiscordTTS by Dead Keyboard xD application. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of the service

Gaming with Bharat provides tools for converting selected Discord and YouTube Live Chat messages into spoken audio for livestreaming, community interaction, and accessibility. Features may include text filtering, transliteration, standard text-to-speech voices, supported cloned voices, and local audio routing.

2. Eligibility and account authorization

You are responsible for having the authority to connect any Discord or Google/YouTube account used with the application. You must comply with the terms, policies, and rules of the services you connect to the application.

3. Google and YouTube use

If you authorize YouTube functionality, you authorize the application to access only the YouTube data needed for the features you enable. You remain responsible for your YouTube channel, livestream, moderators, community content, and compliance with YouTube's policies.

4. Voice cloning

Users must not create or use a cloned voice without appropriate authorization from the person whose voice is being cloned. Users are responsible for complying with Sarvam AI's rules and all applicable laws when using voice cloning.

5. User content and moderation

The application can apply configured filtering and sanitation rules before text is sent for speech generation. The operator remains responsible for the Discord and YouTube communities they manage and for deciding what content should be spoken aloud.

6. Third-party services

The application depends on third-party services including Discord, Google/YouTube, and Sarvam AI. Service availability, pricing, quotas, APIs, and policies may change independently of Gaming with Bharat. The developer is not responsible for outages or policy changes made by third-party providers.

7. API quotas and limits

YouTube and other third-party APIs may impose usage limits or quotas. Reaching a provider's quota may temporarily prevent some features from working. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party APIs.

8. Security and credentials

You are responsible for the security of the Windows account and machine where the application is installed. Do not intentionally share application credentials, OAuth tokens, API keys, or private configuration files with unauthorized people.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the application to:

• violate applicable laws or third-party terms of service;
• impersonate a person or create an unauthorized voice clone;
• circumvent access controls or abuse third-party APIs;
• use the service for fraud, harassment, or unlawful surveillance; or
• intentionally distribute sensitive credentials or authentication material.

10. Availability and changes

Features may be added, removed, or modified without notice. The application is provided on an as-available basis and may depend on operating-system components, installed audio devices, network access, and third-party APIs.

11. Intellectual property

Gaming with Bharat and DiscordTTS by Dead Keyboard xD are independent projects. Discord, YouTube, Google, and Sarvam are trademarks of their respective owners. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Google, YouTube, or Sarvam AI.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or third-party service-related losses arising from use of the application. You use the application at your own discretion and are responsible for your connected accounts and content.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the application or its operating model changes. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
