Gaming with Bharat uses DiscordTTS by Dead Keyboard xD to turn messages from a configured Discord channel and YouTube Live Chat into spoken audio for live streams, community interaction, and accessibility.
YouTube Live Chat
Uses Google OAuth to access the YouTube account data required to receive eligible live-chat messages.
Local Audio Routing
Generated speech is played through the configured Windows audio output so creators can route it into their streaming setup.
How the YouTube connection works
The YouTube connection is used for the application's live-chat functionality. Google OAuth is used to authorize the application to access the YouTube data required for that feature.
1. Sign inAuthorize Gaming with Bharat with Google OAuth.
2. Read live chatThe app receives eligible live-chat messages from the authorized account.
3. Convert to speechThe message is processed for TTS and sent to Sarvam AI for speech generation.
4. Play locallyThe resulting audio is routed to the creator's configured output device.
Google data use
The application uses YouTube API access only for the functions described above. It does not use YouTube data for advertising, credit scoring, or unrelated profiling.
Third-party services
The application uses Google/YouTube for OAuth and live-chat access, Sarvam AI for transliteration and speech generation, and Discord for Discord messaging.
